This unofficial patch fixes the following CNC3Demo.exe incompatibilities with Windows 2000:

• The procedure entry point GetVolumePathNamesForVolumeNameW could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll
• ***FATAL*** String Manager failed to initialized properly
• The dynamic link library gdiplus.dll could not be found in the specified path
• The dynamic link library d3dx9_29.dll could not be found in the specified path
